We have taken the time to select quality brands and products. We know that you will LOVE them! However if you do find you have brought the wrong size or it's just not quite right, we offer exchange only, no refunds, within 14 days of purchase. You must have proof of purchase.
We offer exchange for an identical product, if an identical product is not available we offer exchange for store credit. Store credit must be spent within 14 days of exchange.
In rare cases where there is a product fault we work with our suppliers to get you an identical product replacement or we discuss our options depending on the situation. In some cases a store credit will be issued, in again rare cases we offer a refund for the faulty product & send said product back to our supplier.
Discounted and or sale items are considered final sale. There are no refunds, returns or exchanges on sale items, sorry!!
For online sales, the same as above applies. If you want to exchange your item for another size or have found a product fault, please email email@example.com so we can discuss your potential exchange. Please do not post your items back to the shop without our consent or exchange approval. Any exchanges or refunds that involve extra postage are at your cost.
