We have taken the time to select quality brands and products. We know that you will LOVE them! However if you do find you have brought the wrong size or have found a product fault we offer EXCHANGE ONLY, no refunds, within 30 days of purchase. You must have proof of purchase.

We offer exchange for an identical product on faults or incorrect size, if an identical product is not available we offer exchange for store credit. Store credit must be spent within 30 days of exchange.

Please note exchange is not available for change of mind. Discounted or sale items are considered final sale. Their are no refunds, returns or exchanges on sale items.

For online sales, the above applies. If you want to exchange your item for another size or have found a product fault, please email so we can discuss your potential exchange. Please do not post your items back to the shop without our consent or exchange approval. Any exchanges or refunds that involve extra postage are at your cost.
